Birth Doula - Basic Package

The support of a Birth Doula has a tremendous positive impact on the labor process. My purpose is to help expecting mothers have a safe, memorable and empowering birthing experience. As a Birth Doula I am professionally trained in childbirth and provide emotional, physical, and educational support to expecting and laboring mothers. I wholeheartedly support you and your wishes through your labor experience so that you can walk away from your childbirth feeling empowered, confident and nurtured.
The Basic Birth Package
$875 - $400 retaining fee
-one 2-hour birth plan prep session
-unlimited phone/text support during early labor and up to one week after birth
-full support during labor and birth 
-one 4-hour check-in/birth debriefing session, within a week post birth
